Was in Hollywood hit – well-known Lamborghini is looking for a new home

A very yellow Lamborghini Diablo from the "Wolf of Wall Street" remake is going up for auction soon. The car is 1 of only 132 that came to the USA in its time.

It's been more than 10 years since the remake of "Wolf of Wall Street" premiered. Still, the film can still make headlines.

This time because one of the cars that appeared in the film is looking for its next owner. The very yellow Lamborghini Diablo will go under the hammer in connection with The Auburn Auction , which takes place between the 29th and 31st. August.

Besides symbolizing the film's portrayal of extreme wealth among drill brokers, this 1998 Diablo is an open roadster. And not only that, the car is one of only 132 cars that came to the US between 1995 and 1999.

By the way, the hedging is not missing by mistake. It was optional equipment from the factory in Sant'Agata to have it removed. The larger brakes and the 18" 'telephone rims' also come from the list of optional equipment.

According to the car's papers, which otherwise do not gossip about any traffic accidents or damage at all, it has only covered 13,317 kilometers in the last 26 years. That's just over 511 kilometers per year.

It is not the first time that a Lamborghini from the "Wolf of Wall Street" cast is looking for a new owner. In fact, it has happened several times.

Among other things, the Lamborghini Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole, which the film's Jordan Belfort aka Leonardo DiCaprio smashed (almost beyond recognition, ed.) was sold for a hideously large amount last November. Read more about it here .

At the auction in the USA, a total of 250 cars will be sold, but the yellow Diablo VT Roadster is perhaps the most interesting. There is also no minimum price anywhere.

However, this is not the same as the car smoking for a pure sale price. On the contrary. Interested buyers can still bid on the car.
