Used test: Audi RS4 Avant B7 – the V8 drone from Ingolstadt

A lot of money, but you also get a lot for your money. When you have tested the car for an hour, you are ready to sell both wife, children and the house to afford it. Fortunately, you can keep the family and "enjoy" making a reasonably large dent in the free value, because this RS4 has a few years and a few kilometers behind it, which lowers the price considerably. You can find an Audi RS4 from around DKK 350,000 Although that's still a lot of money for an old car, it's hard to see what can compete with this chore toy. And then it's a station wagon, which makes it possible to have plenty of space with you, and even if the back seat isn't huge, your children can easily fit there. If you have fallen head over heels for this car, however, you should decide on a few things before you go out and buy a copy. The model can be had with a set of nice Recaro sports seats, which are really nice for a track day, but in everyday life the standard seats are more useful. Carbon fiber discs can potentially have a long life, but if they break, there is also a large financial risk. However, you can retrofit steel discs together with new calipers. The RS4 is available as a sedan, convertible and station wagon, and you should expect to pay a little more for the latter. Apart from a few expensive wear parts, there shouldn't be any major surprises as long as you do your homework and find the best copy you can afford.
