Lordag will put confiscated items under the hammer at a police auction on Funen. Cars take from crazy drivers are among them.
Funen Police must get rid of 20 choir uniforms that the legal system has taken from crazy drivers. The cars were actually supposed to have been sold through the bankrupt Lauritz.com. But in the nature of the matter this can no longer be done.
That is why the cars are now up for auction through Tingkærs Auktioner in Odense this weekend. Specifically on Thursday.
This is written by TV2 Fyn .
– The cars have a starting price of DKK 25, and then people can bid them up. So there is an opportunity to make a really good deal, co-owner of Tingkærs Auktioner Stina Tingkær tells the media.

However, the auction house does not look at the condition of the cars before the bidding round begins at the weekend. But you read the odometers and take pictures.
In other words, a round of 'bought as possessed' is planned.
According to TV2 Fyn, there is everything from ordinary family cars to 'large luxury cars' to bid on when the auction starts. Among other things, an older, black BMW 5-Series of the E60 generation must find a new owner.
For the auction house in Odense, this is the first time they sell confiscated cars for the police. But it is not far from the first time the police have done something like this.
Back in August 2022, for example, 20 other cars were sold at once, when the police had to dispose of the confiscated choir uniforms on behalf of the state. See the pictures or read more about it here .
