The Lamborghini Temerario has 920 horsepower from the factory

The Lamborghini Temerario replaces the Huracan and not least the famous 5.2-liter V10 engine. On the other hand, the effect swells to a whopping 920 horsepower.

The Lamborghini Temerario has had its official premiere. It happened in connection with the Pebble Beach exhibition in the United States at the weekend.

So now the people at the factory in Sant'Agata are ready to tell just a little more about the car. The V10 engine is over, we already knew that.

In its central place in the car, Lamborghini has instead placed a 4-litre V8 engine with hybrid technology, which we already know from the SUV Urus. Even though Lamborghini says that this engine is newly developed from scratch.

– A new Lamborghini must always surpass its predecessors when it comes to performance. And with our new plug-in hybrid, Temerario, we have achieved a paradigm shift, both in terms of power, performance and choral joy.

– Temerario is the first and only series-produced super sports car with an engine that can reach 10,000 revolutions per minute – this is a feat that is typically only achieved in motorsport, says the brand's managing director Stephan Winkelmann in a press release .

Lamborghini won't say exactly how fast the new car is. Only that the top speed is over 340 km/h. 0-100 km/h is also over in just 2.7 seconds.

Boosted has asked the Danish importer, Lamborghini Copenhagen, if any Danes are already on the order list. And whether, in that case, there is a Danish price.

The price, however, has not yet been set by Lamborghini. But the 'old' Huracan cost from DKK 1.7 million without tax. So the new Lamborghini Temerario is expected to cost at least that or more.
