The largest Brabus to date is not so much a passenger car as a motorhome. But that doesn't make the specs any less terrifying. Say hello to 2,600 newton meters.
German tuning company Brabus, best known for its modified Mercedes-Benz models, has now moved into the motorhome market with the introduction of the Brabus Big Boy 1200.
This motorhome is built on a Mercedes Actros truck chassis and measures 12 meters in length. To accommodate the need for space, both the bedroom and the living room can be hydraulically expanded, which increases the 'car's' width to 4.5 metres.
In the cabin, the Brabus is equipped with a double bed, a TV with PlayStation 5, Starlink internet, a dinette, a sofa and a cooktop. In addition, there is a bathroom with a separate toilet and shower.
The Brabus Big Boy 1200 is equipped with a 12.8-liter turbodiesel engine that produces 530 horsepower and a torque of 2,600 newton meters.
The top speed is electronically limited to 90 km/h. To handle the weight and torque, the camper is equipped with three axles and dual tires. The fuel tank has a capacity of 390 liters of diesel and 60 liters of AdBlue. While the water tank holds 427 litres.

Brabus has not yet published the price of the Big Boy 1200. But inquiries are dealt with individually, writes the tuner.
It indicates that the price is likely to be significant. By comparison, a Brabus G-class costs at least 3.7 million Danish kroner.
The world's most expensive motorhome is officially a completely different car. But then it can also accommodate both your Bugatti Chiron and the whole family. And yes, a whole movie theater.
In addition, there is a kitchen, which can otherwise be packed away completely, two bathrooms and plenty of beds in the large camper. The two lithium batteries the motorhome is equipped with alone can supply it with enough power for a whole week's consumption. Read more about it here .
