Tesla owner breaks finger – wanted to prove car's safety

A Tesla Cybertruck owner has broken his finger after he tries to prove how safe the car really is compared to pinched fingers.

Recently, things went completely wrong when a Tesla Cybertruck owner wanted to prove how safe his car really is.

The car literally ended up breaking the man's finger during the demonstration, which the man filmed himself.

The test, which is actually known as the 'carrot test', where you sacrifice a carrot instead of your own fingers, has been attempted by many Tesla owners over the years.

But YouTube user 'Joe Fay' decided to sacrifice a finger. Preserved, obviously in the name of security. That is clear. Naturally with the result that the finger broke between the Cybertruck's sharp edges.

– In the comment track for my last video, there were many who said that if I just let the Cybertruck approach my finger, it (the flap, ed.) would open as soon as it sensed my finger. That's simply not true, says 'Joe Fay'.

And he can now prove it. Both in the emergency room, in front of friends and family and the rest of the world who cares to see this kind of thing on YouTube.
