Furious Audi employees at the brand's factory in Belgium stole some 200 Audis earlier this week because the factory is facing closure. Now there is something new in the case.
The employees at Audi's closed factory in Brussels, Belgium, have returned 200 stolen car parts to the management.

The return of some has taken place without the conflict between Audi and the employees being lost. The many factory workers still fear losing their jobs because production will be moved to Mexico.
The remaining employees have already said goodbye to more than 300 colleagues because the only model in the factory is not selling well enough.

– As far as we are concerned, this incident is over, says the management to the media.
When some disappeared, Audi's management threatened the employees with legal action, just as the brand stopped paying wages.
The employees deny that they have taken some for anything other than the employees' own good. On Monday, however, the employees would not guarantee anything. Some were allegedly at the factory all the time. But well hidden away.
– We have only taken some to be able to carry out the negotiations under orderly conditions. If the management at the factory now wants to remove the cars without some, we can neither guarantee peace nor safety, said the employee Jan Baetens to the news agency Belga on Monday.
The factory in Belgium will not reopen for the time being either, although Audi says that is the plan. According to employee representatives, the employees have no intention of resuming work.
The employees' union has proposed to Audi, which has not initially voted to use the factory to build other cars, to use the site for scrapping.
A union representative warns that the conflict could escalate. This will happen if the employees do not receive any form of compensation or job guarantee, it says.
