A couple from Örebro in Sweden were recently greeted by a parking stall in the windscreen of their car. The sender claims to be from the 'municipality', but the stall is fake.
A loving couple from Örebro in Sweden is now warning all other motorists against the fraud they have been subjected to with a fake parking stall.
The sender tried to make the couple believe that they had received a parking ticket and that it should be paid to Örebro municipality. But it has nothing to do with it, the couple found out.

– We haven't done anything wrong, says Stina Odencrants, who discovered the fake parking stall in the windscreen on the evening of Thursday 2 July.

The strange thing is that Örebro municipality has neither parking guards in the area nor any 'power' in the car park where Stina Odencrant parked the car.
She and her boyfriend became aware of this when they called the municipality to get an explanation. It is a forgery. A real parking stall from the municipality would be filled with payment information on the back.
The parking stall Stina Odencrants got is blank on the back. The telephone number that you can call according to the 'booth's' information does not exist either.
Unfortunately, parking stalls are far from the only thing drivers need to pay extra attention to. Even the petrol can be scammed. For years, some motorists may carry around gasoline in their cars that does not meet the current requirements at all. Read more about it here .
Fraud is on the whole – and unfortunately – quite widespread. Also among some drivers. Recently, a motorist got into serious trouble when he presented a choir card that looked very strange. Now he faces a fine and two years in prison. Read more about it here .
