New Škoda Elroq: Here are the first pictures and data

Škoda has just revealed the first images of their upcoming electric car, the Škoda Elroq. Get all the details here.

The new electric car can be ordered in Denmark shortly after its world premiere in October.

Škoda Elroq, built on the MEB platform as the Škoda Enyaq, is an electric SUV designed to combine performance and practicality. The new model will come in four variants: Elroq 50, Elroq 60, Elroq 85 and Elroq 85x.

The Elroq 50 has an electric motor on the rear axle with 170 hp (125 kW) and a 55 kWh battery (52 kWh net). The Elroq 60 offers 204 hp (150 kW) and a 63 kWh battery (59 kWh net), and both models have a top speed of 160 km/h.

The more powerful Elroq 85 and Elroq 85x models come with an 82 kWh battery (77 kWh net). The Elroq 85 has 286 hp (210 kW), while the Elroq 85x has 299 hp (220 kW) and four-wheel drive.

Both models have a top speed of 180 km/h and a range of over 560 km. They also support both AC charging (11 kW) and DC lightning charging, where they can charge up to 80% in approximately 28 minutes with a capacity of up to 175 kW.

At approximately 4.5 meters in length, the Elroq is 15 cm shorter than the Enyaq, but it still offers plenty of space. The luggage compartment has a capacity of 470 litres, which can be expanded to 1,580 liters by folding down the rear seats. The cabin also has 48 liters of practical storage space.

The Elroq is the first Škoda electric car to use the new Modern Solid design, with the Tech-Deck Face at the front, which replaces the traditional charcoal grill with dark glass that hides the sensors. This design was first introduced with the Vision 7S concept car.

The interior of the Elroq is characterized by simplicity and spaciousness, with a 5" digital cockpit and a 13" screen in the center console. There is also the option of opting for a head-up display with Augmented Reality.

Škoda Elroq will have its world premiere in October, and then orders will open in Denmark. The model is expected to be available in the first quarter of 2025.
