New figures: Toyota is the world's most valuable car brand

With a market value approaching DKK 500 billion, Toyota can call itself the world's most valuable car brand for the 13th year in a row.

Toyota has secured a solid position as the world's most valuable car brand. With a market value of DKK 497 billion, Toyota is at the top for the 13th year in a row.

That puts the Japanese automaker in a unique position, as the value of the brand has increased by 13 percent in just one year. Compared to the value ten years ago, it is now twice as large.

Next to Toyota comes another car manufacturer, but with a significant leap. According to the latest Interbrand survey, the brand is in second place approximately DKK 100 billion below Toyota's brand value.

This is what the Danish importer writes in a press release .

Toyota is not only a leader in the automotive industry. In the overall list of all companies globally, Toyota ranks sixth. In first place is Apple with a market value of a whopping DKK 3,337 billion.

In addition to Apple, companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Samsung and Coca Cola are also among the highest ranked. Of Danish companies, Lego is in 58th place with a brand value of DKK 96 billion.

Toyota also plans to continue the development of new technologies and solutions within the automotive industry. The company is betting on more hybrid cars, electric cars and hydrogen cars.

In addition, Toyota works with advanced technologies such as self-driving cars, artificial intelligence and robots. The focus is on sustainable mobility solutions driven by zero-emission technologies such as electricity and hydrogen.

According to the Danish importer, the continuous development and investment in new technologies is a contributing factor to Toyota maintaining its position as the most valuable car brand year after year.
