DISCRETION AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL The best thing about the deep black family car is that it is so relatively discreet. The car has been lowered and Kleemann rims have been mounted on the outside of the large carbon fiber ceramic brake discs, but otherwise there is not much that reveals the 820 hp. The AMG cabin hasn't been tampered with, and that's a good thing, because it's a pleasure to operate the powerful machinery from the nice leather seats, which pump air into the sides when cornering, so that the driver and passenger are held in an iron grip. SWALLOWS 695 LITERS OF LUGGAGE There are certainly rear-wheel drive cars that can deliver more drama than the black estate car with four-wheel drive. But it is hard to think of any other car that reaches the sock holders in one acceleration and at the same time holds 695 liters in the boot.
