Magnussen tries again – sells Roskilde villa at a discount

The Danish racing driver Jan Magnussen tries to get away from the address in Roskilde. So far no luck. Now a bigger discount should help.

The Danish racing driver Jan Magnussen and his wife, Christina Magnussen, have put their villa in Roskilde up for sale again.

This happens after it was briefly removed from the market. According to Boliga, the property was originally offered for a price of DKK 7,995,000 in February, but was taken off the market in July.

Boliga writes this in a press release .

Now the villa is back on the market with a reduced price of DKK 7,350,000, which means that the price has been reduced by DKK 645,000 since the original listing.

The couple bought the property in 2005 for DKK 1,500,000, which potentially gives them a substantial profit of DKK 5,850,000 if the sale goes through at the current asking price.
