King Frederik's friend sentenced for madness

Chamberlain at the royal house, Hans Henrik Algreen-Ussing, has not yet decided whether to appeal the sentence for insanity.

The state has confiscated a Range Rover from chamberlain at the royal house, Hans Henrik Algreen-Ussing.

Algreen-Ussing, who is friends with the relatively new king, has been convicted of insanity.

This is written by Ekstra Bladet .

The court found it proven that the king's friend was driving madly when he chased a minor moped rider on a private road, where car driving is not allowed in advance.

If the verdict ends up standing, Hans Henrik Algreen-Ussing will have to accept a three-month suspended sentence and that he may not drive a car for a year.

The incident, for which Hans Henrik Algreen-Ussing is now convicted, ended with the minor falling on the moped. Still, the king's friend denies that he has done anything wrong.

If he is convicted again, he will probably also have to prepare for the connection to the royal house to end. The same goes for all entries and titles.

The same thing happened to the rich man Christian Kjær, when he was convicted in 2019 of deliberately beating a person.

Algreen-Ussing has not yet decided whether to appeal the verdict. However, the chamberlain is not the only 'celebrity' who has had to hand over both choir cards and car numbers to the state.

As the first media in Denmark, Boosted was able to reveal last year who bought the former national team player Nicklas Bendtner's Porsche Taycan at auction, after the state had confiscated it. Read more about it here .
