Had half a million BMW stolen – bank may be to blame

The people behind the YouTube channel 'Kies Motorsports' have stolen a BMW M3 with a whopping 1,000 horsepower. There are many indications that a bank has made a serious mistake.

In Denmark, checks as a means of payment have long since disappeared. In the US, however, the small but valuable pieces of paper still live on.

And the people behind the YouTube channel 'Kies Motorsports' are now paying for it. They gullibly accepted a check that a 'buyer' brought in exchange for their BMW F80 M3.

A completely rooted specimen with 1,000 horsepower. A car that Kies Motorsports has not received payment for, however.

The check turned out to be void. So no more than a blank piece of paper with some numbers on it.

And that even though a bank had vouched for the cover on the cheque. In other words, the money was there. They believed.

Just four days after the purchase of the BMW, which cost the buyer 'John Clay' 75,000 dollars, equivalent to 513,000 kroner, the bank called Kies Motorsports' director Bryan Kiefer.

Unfortunately, the check was fake. The account numbers on it had been manipulated, the explanation suggested. The police have since become involved in the case. But even though 'John Clay' has promised to return the BMW, there is still no sign of it.
