Fisker Inc. looks more and more like a car brand on the brink of bankruptcy. Now the Austrian branch is seeking voluntary bankruptcy protection.

Back at Fisker in Austria, it is believed that the bankruptcy protection will provide the freedom from creditors that the business needs.
