26 years after the last Ferrari F355 rolls up the '90s icon that had a weakness for fires, the car is reborn. Now with more horsepower from the V8 engine.
It was one of the hottest things on the road in the 1990s. In fact, quite literally because the Ferrari F355 had a weakness with leaking fuel lines.
But now 26 years after the last F355 left the factory in Maranello, new life is being breathed into the car. That is what Evoluto Automobili stands for.
However, this does not mean that Ferrari has been made to restart the assembly lines. Instead, there are 55 conversions of already existing cars.
Conversely, customers can get almost everything they point to once the car has been delivered for conversion at Evoluto Automobili.

The engine, the 3.5-liter V8, gets some love first and foremost, so it now produces 420 horsepower against the original 380. If you go all the way, the body is replaced with one in carbon fiber from Callum Designs, whose founder Ian Callum has built several Aston Martin models.
LED lights are also part of the package. Both at the back and at the front, where the original design with the folding lights is obviously kept. However, the renovation does not stop here.
Evoluto Automobili promises that the interior will be completely rebuilt, although without going into too many details about exactly how it will happen.
The engine also gets a completely new titanium exhaust system to breathe through. Like the power is sent to the rear wheels via a 'modified' six-speed manual gearbox. No automated F1 gear here.
Brake discs in carbon fiber are, like probably so much else, optional equipment. And then there is the matter of the price. If you have to ask, you probably can't afford it. Conversely , the English don't actually say anything about the price either.
