Fisker Ocean is a nightmare to own, says consumer magazine

The car brand Fisker Inc. is in big trouble. Now, the consumer company that bought an Ocean unsurprisingly says the cars are a nightmare to own.

The software that doesn't work, bad seats and generally bad solutions.

It's just something that the Fisker Ocean owners have to live with. However, that doesn't stop them from complaining about the cars. And American Consumer Reports doesn't hold back either.

The American consumer platform bought a Fisker Ocean earlier this year to test it. Their verdict is perhaps unsurprisingly harsh reading.

It is perhaps not so surprising that the car has lost a lot in value. At the car dealer CarMax, which is famous in the USA for bidding on everything with four wheels, you hardly want to touch the car.

In any case, the bid is so low after just two months on the road that almost 70 percent of the car's value is gone. Read more about it here .

At home, the picture is the same. The Fisker owners have had to eat enormous losses in value. Among other things, a North Jutland. The self-employed electrician bought his Ocean for DKK 600,000 in the autumn.

Six months later, someone will think that the car is worthless. Still, the North Jutland has not regretted. Read more about it here.

Back at Consumer Reports, in a new podcast they don't hold back when it comes to sharing their experiences with the Fisker, which is now worth very little.

On a closed test track, Consumer Reports' people couldn't be allowed to turn off the Fiskeren's assistance systems, and on public roads the assistance systems worked poorly enough.

Among other things, the blind spot assistant goes crazy, even if there are no other cars nearby. It is especially bad when it rains, it says.
