Fisker Inc. emptied its Swedish subsidiary for money, a few days before the business went bankrupt, mobilmedia can now reveal.
The management of Fisker Inc. rushed to empty the Swedish subsidiary Fisker AB of money before the same company went bankrupt on Friday last week.

According to the media, Fisker Inc. the Swedish subsidiary for the money to pay a single creditor in the US. Fisker Inc. has them. in fact quite a lot of.
"On 28 June 2024, the creditor has realized its lien and withdrawn significant funds from Fisker Sweden AB's bank account, after which there were no funds left for further operations in Fisker Sweden AB", says curator at Fisker AB Linda Schenholm in a written response to Carup.

Due to the bankruptcy protection, Fisker Inc. sought back in the month of June in the USA, however, the investors cannot do very much to get their money back. Other than making a number of claims against the company.
On the other hand, there are also really, really many of them. In a court case in Austria, where Fisker Inc. until the month of March this year cars were built, a total of 162 claims were raised against Henrik Fisker's company.
All in all, there are demands for over 8 billion kroner. A good part of the money is believed to be due to the car factory Magna Steyr, from which Fisker hired himself out. The car brand has not paid for the cars that were built.
