Ferrari named Italy's best workplace

They screw up some of the world's finest cars, get money and, on top of that, wild bonuses for it. Now Ferrari's factory in Maranello has been named Italy's best workplace.

Ferrari employees are doing well.

At least at the factory in Maranello. In fact, it's so cool to work at the factory that Ferrari has now been voted the best workplace in all of Italy.

This is written by the recruitment company Randstad on the basis of a new survey in which 7,000 Italians were asked to rate their workplace.

All the respondents in the survey are between 18 and 64 years old. And it goes best in Maranello. HR manager Michele Antoniazzi at the factory is not surprisingly happy about that.

– We are delighted to be awarded this award, which confirms Ferrari as the employer of choice for Italian wage earners.

– It is proof of our commitment to our employees, and our understanding of their goals and expectations.

– We will continue to value diversity and gender neutrality, not only in terms of pay, but also in terms of our employees' opportunities for professional development based on their performance, says Michele Antoniazzi.

The award, which is called Randstad Employer Brand 2024, goes this year to, among other things, to Ferrari, because 71.3 percent of the employees at the factory answered that they felt safe when it comes to the job situation, their own finances and the economic situation as a whole.

– Randstad's attention motivates us to create an even more spacious and rewarding workplace for all of us, notes Michele Antoniazzi.

Last year was a record year for Ferrari. And you didn't notice that only in the boss corridors. A total of 5,000 employees received the equivalent of DKK 100,000 in bonuses. Read more about it here .
