The body of the Tesla Cybertruck is made of stainless steel. Nevertheless, Tesla advises owners to 'immediately' wash road salt off the car to avoid damage.
First, the Cybertruck owners were not allowed to resell their cars within a year of delivery, then they were allowed to. And now they don't have to anyway.
However, that detail is not the only thing that can cause confusion among the few Cybertruck owners who have received their cars so far.
For now, one more detail about the car is shared with all those who do not own a Cybertruck. This is due to a video of the instruction manual.
This is what Business Insider writes on the basis of a YouTube video.

In the instruction manual, Tesla advises Cybertruck owners to immediately wash the car free of road salt. Tesla does not directly say that it has anything to do with rust. However, the following wording can still be found in the instruction manual:
– Promptly remove all corrosive elements such as “bird droppings, oil, grease, resin, dead insects, tar stains and road salt to protect the exterior.
In the instruction manuals for other Teslas, the car brand gives similar advice. But then it is to protect the car's paint and not the 'whole' exterior'.
