A judge in the state of Delaware believes that it has been proven that Tesla's director paid far too much. Now the main character answers a bit alternatively again.
Tesla has sort of approved Elon Musk's director role. Even if the scheme, which amounts to 384 billion Danish kroner, is staggeringly high.
However, a judge in the US state of Delaware gives a Tesla shareholder the right that it is far too much in Musk's reward bag.
But now the director answers again. Albeit in a somewhat alternative way. On his own social media "X" – the former Twitter – Musk has sent the question of Tesla's registration to a vote.
Presumably for tax technical reasons, Tesla is registered as a company from Delaware. But now Musk is asking if Tesla shouldn't move everything to Texas, where the car brand already has its headquarters.

And the agreement is paramount. Fully 87.1 percent agree with Musk in the post that has been viewed more than 40 million times on social media.
