The car brand Fisker, founded by the Danish Henrik Fisker, is struggling to survive. In an attempt to do just that, the brand is now lowering the prices.
Fisker is desperately trying to avoid bankruptcy. This week it emerged that a deal with a major car brand, which Reuters believes is Nissan, has fallen through.
Therefore, Fisker is also not entitled to the 150 million dollars that an investor had offered. So to save the business, Fisker Inc. tries. now with significant price reductions on the Ocean model.
This is stated by the brand in a press release sent to the Boosted editorial office, which has, however, been under embargo until this afternoon.
Fisker has up to 5,000 cars from last year's production that have not yet been sold. Perhaps that is why the prices are now rattling down on stock cars.

Specifically, the Ocean Extreme model drops from $61,499 to $37,499. While an ex-stock Fisker Ocean Ultra drops from $52,999 to $34,999.
The cheapest model – Ocean Sport – is also being cut in price. Specifically, from $38,999 to $24,999.
What the new price reductions mean for Fisker's strategy in Denmark is still unclear on Wednesday afternoon.
But it is certain that Fisker is largely short of money. For the Stock Exchange in New York made the decision to suspend trading in the car brand's stock, the same stock rattled down from day to day.
And now, when it can no longer be traded, the value is only 25 US cents. This corresponds to 17 Danish kroner.
