Delivered only 4 cars – now they are making millions

Lucid Motors, which should have been in Denmark by now, has only delivered 4 cars in Norway. However, the accounts show a very good business.

The Norwegian subsidiary Lucid Norway AS delivered only four cars throughout the country in the course of 2023. But now the annual accounts still show a million profit.

In total, there have been 10 cars since the brand made its entrance in Norway. But it can be well worth it. At least according to the accounts for 2023.

This is written by Bilbransje24 .

In total, the Norwegian importer (in Norwegian kroner, ed.) has had wage costs of NOK 12.3 million for 15 employees. Added together with other expenses, 2023 cost DKK 35.6 million.

That is 22.5 million Danish kroner. Be careful, it's a lot of money, but the income can easily follow. In fact, there is a profit to be made in the Norwegian part of Lucid's business.

Precisely, Lucid Norway AS delivered an income of NOK 36.1 million. So there was a profit of NOK 500,000.

Bilbransje24 has asked Lucid in Norway about the very high figures. But here you don't want to answer the question and instead refer to the general European department. But neither from here, so far, is there much desire to answer questions.

On the other side of the Atlantic in the USA, where Lucid Motors is both founded, has a factory and headquarters, it can be noted that the cars are still making losses. The money flows into the coffers anyway. Read more about it here .
