The Semler-owned car subscription service Dribe has entered into its first foreign collaboration, shortly after another Danish car company withdraws from abroad.
The Semler-owned car subscription service Dribe has existed since 2018. And now they are trying their hand at a trip abroad.
Specifically, the Danish company has found a franchisee in Greece. The car group Kosmocar.
The partners state this in a press release.
– We see significant, unrecognized potential in Greece, where we have a competitive advantage by having built a powerful digital platform that allows for the efficient management of an extensive fleet of chore vehicles.

– We immediately saw a perfect match in Kosmocar, says director Jesper Hill-Kjærsgaard.
From Dribe's side, it sounds like they hope the Greek agreement is just the first step into the foreign market.
They are also looking for franchise agreements in Great Britain, the Benelux countries, France and Germany.
The announcement comes just a few days after another Danish car company had to announce that it was withdrawing completely from abroad to focus on business in Denmark.
The car-sharing service GreenMobility had to admit last year that it could not do business in either Sweden or Germany. And now they are withdrawing from the remaining markets in Europe. Read more about it here .
