Complain! It pays off – every second parking stall is cancelled

Approximately one in two motorists has parking stalls canceled when the complaint is sent back to the private parking companies.

Approximately half of the motorists who receive a parking ticket and complain about it do not have to pay. This shows a settlement from FDM . If you have received a parking ticket and you think it is wrong, you as a driver always have the opportunity to complain about it. The cases can end up in the so-called Parking Complaints Board. And last year alone, the board ruled on 571 such cases. But most often the parking companies tear their claims to pieces before the complaint even reaches the Parking Complaints Board. This happened in a total of 438 cases. And in the vast majority of cases because the parking company gave up their demands. In approximately half of all cases, the drivers do not have to pay at all.
