Celebrity has bought the world's fastest electric car

Basketball star Michael Jordan has bought the world's fastest electric car. The Pininfarina Battista Targa has a whopping 1,900 horsepower and costs at least 13.6 million Danish kroner.

Basketball star Michael Jordan has bought a Pininfarina Battista. And it's not just any car – but the world's fastest electric car.

Jordan is known as something of a car enthusiast and collector. He owns several different Ferrari models and at least one custom-made Mercedes-Benz SLR 722. A car that was only built in 150 copies.

The same number as the Pininfarina Battista will be produced in. And now the factory writes that Jordan has had his car delivered.

– Today we celebrate a very special moment – the delivery of a custom-made Battista, writes Pininfarina on Facebook .

The 198-tall man has probably chosen an open Battista precisely because of his size. He simply has a hard time forgetting about most things on four wheels. Whether Pininfarina has had to make any special adjustments to Jordan's car does not appear from the post.

The price for the Pininfarina Battista Targa is usually around DKK 13.6 million, but how much Michael Jordan is unknown. There can be a lot of extra equipment in the car. In addition to the impressive 1,900 horsepower, the Battista Targa can officially cover 476 kilometers.
