Audi owner Jannik receives criticism for a really good deed

Audi owner Jannik Andersen really just wants to do well for the financially strapped confirmand family. Not everyone thinks it's cool.

The confirmation party can be expensive. And really, a lot of them. The transport from the church to the party is now one of the biggest items.

Fortunately, there are good-hearted types like Jannik Andersen, who want to make the party a hit for all confirmation students. Even if the money might not be the world's biggest.

He tells this to TV Midtvest .

– I think it is a shame that some children cannot be picked up as their classmates. If it's something they dream about. Some parents cannot afford to pay the price that some demand for a short choir trip, he tells the media.

Jannik Andersen therefore makes a choir tour in an Audi A6 S-Line available free of charge to confirmands. He tells this in a Facebook group.

And even though the Audi may not be the most exclusive model in the world, the initiative still has support. And that applies to Jannik Andersen.

Unfortunately, there are also those who are of a completely different opinion. Namely that Jannik Andersen has to 'get out of the way'. Fortunately, the Audi owner does not take it too seriously.

For him, it's mostly about the children. Not about the money. There are already two appointments in the calendar.

According to a calculation made by the analysis company YouGov for Danske Bank, last year every second family expected to spend more than DKK 20,000 on the confirmation party.
