After defeat, Elon Musk calls Tesla case criminal

It is criminal when a number of lawyers in a spectacular case about Tesla now demand payment in the car brand's shares, Elon Musk believes.

Elon Musk is not happy.

In fact, he's so unhappy with having a judge say he's getting paid too much at Tesla that he's now going after the lawyers who, in turn, went after him.

The lawyers were right in that Tesla's director's total salary package of DKK 385 billion is too large. Even if the car brand's board had actually approved the scheme.

The lawyers believe that if Tesla benefits from the shares that are part of Elon Musk's salary package, they will send it back to the car brand. Therefore, the lawyers will have a share in the shares.

Precisely, the lawyers want payment corresponding to DKK 41 billion in Tesla shares.

– The lawyers who did nothing but damage Tesla want 6 billion dollars, writes Elon Musk on his own social media "X".

Musk calls the request, which ended up in a Delaware court because it is technically in the state where Tesla has its business address, criminal.

However, it is far from the first time that Musk is out with the rake because others are after him. Back in January, the billionaire called a recognized media outlet 'disingenuous' after a story about the director's alleged heavy drug use. Read more about that case here .
