A beginner's guide to betting on motor sports

The vast majority associate sports betting with bets on popular sports such as tennis, football, handball and basketball. However, betting contains much more than just the obviously popular markets.

Among other things, there are plenty of opportunities to delve into betting on motor sports. Many Danes love to watch different lobs on TV and streaming and some are actually not aware that you can also play on these lobs. We explain that in this article, which can be seen as a kind of beginner's guide to betting on motor sports. We look at the different betting markets and the most popular lobs running around the world that you can bet on.

Cozy evening with delicious food and casino games

Many mistakenly believe that you have to visit a very special online betting provider to find the most interesting betting markets within motor sports. However, that couldn't be further from the truth. The fact is that the modern gambling market in Denmark today is so widespread and developed that you actually find a wide range of options for motor sports betting at a casino online .

The new casino platforms often offer both casino games and sports betting on one and the same website. Here you will be able to find odds that operate with the same repayment percentage as the major online bookmakers. This means that you are guaranteed competitive odds when you play. Which odds markets can you bet on? We look at that in the following section.

Bet on the winner of a special heat, grand prix or lob

One of the most popular markets within motorsport is the actual bet on the winner of the respective lob. This is not just a bet on who wins the entire lob, you can actually also choose to bet on the winner of individual heats or subdivisions within the same lob. Most people choose to bet on a special corre, but it is also often possible to bet on which team or which type of car wins the relevant lob or division.

Lots of exciting seasonal games in motorsport

In addition to the many exciting betting markets on the respective lobs throughout the year, you can also bet on special seasonal games. For the new season in Formula 1, you will e.g. could bet on who you think will be the overall Formula 1 champion when the year is over. You can also bet here on how many lobs a particular choir will win over the season and which team will win the overall team competition. The same type of long-term game can be found in almost all lobs throughout the year.

Formula 1

Formula 1 is by far the most popular market in motorsport. The prestigious lob counts some of the world's best dancers and is held over a long series of lobs over a calendar year. Formula 1 can often be streamed or watched on TV, which makes betting on Formula 1 an extra exciting event. The fact that Denmark also has a Danish choir in the form of Kevin Magnussen does not make Formula 1 any less exciting these days.

Nascar

Nascar is also one of the more popular markets. It is hardly as elegant and fast as Formula 1, as it is a stockcar lob. However, that does not make the game any less interesting or exciting. There's plenty to bet on when Nascar gets going. No fewer than 36 divisions are held within just 10 months each year in the so-called Nascar Cup Series.

Rally

Rally is a super popular car sport in the Nordics and is therefore also a favorite betting area for many car lovers. As with Nascar and Formula 1, a large number of rally races are held throughout a calendar year. Rally differs radically from the other two motorsport types in that the rally races are run on ordinary roads. Nascar and Formula 1 almost always take place on tracks around the world.

DM in economy carousel

It's one thing to bet on the explosive sports cars in this year's Formula 1 lob, another thing is to jump on the Danish championships in economic corsels. Despite the fact that it doesn't sound that exciting, this lob is actually quite exciting. The DM in economic corsair is a race where it is not about getting over the finish line first.

It's a game about who can drive the longest on a liter of petrol . You can hardly blame the participants of this group for having petrol in their blood, as it is almost the exact opposite. But that does not change the fact that the Danish championships in economy car racing are both exciting and rewarding. Especially with the prices currently prevailing on the petrol market.
