First new car in 4 years – Polestar 3 has been completed in the USA

The first examples of the Polestar 3, which is the brand's first new car in 4 years, are all finished at the brand's factory in the USA.

Polestar 3 is not only the first new car from the brand in 4 years. It is also the first car that Polestar has assembled on two continents.

This is stated by the brand in a press release . All on the occasion of the first Polestar 3 being completed at the factory in South Carolina, USA.

The factory in South Carolina produces cars for deliveries in the USA and Europe as a supplement to the existing production in Chengdu in China.

However, you do not need to wait for the cars from the USA. Polestar 3 – and for that matter 4 – is already in Denmark. The cars can be seen at the Auto Show in Odense Congress Center this weekend.

The Polestar 3's biggest party trick is probably the missing rear window. But there is a far wilder soster just around the corner. At least if you go up in the number of horsepower.

Polestar 5 gets up to 900 horsepower to be able to compete with cars like Mercedes EQS and Porsche Taycan.

However, all is not necessarily rosy for the Chinese brand, even though American production has now started.

Polestar has several threats hanging over its head. Millions of shares to be forcibly sold this week threaten the brand's value on the stock market. And the stock market is already threatening to throw Polestar out of the good company. Read more about it here .
