New survey: These drivers piss off the most in traffic

There are some drivers who are just worse than others. At least if you ask the drivers themselves, this is what a new investigation shows.

A new survey has mapped which behavior in traffic causes the most drivers to see a mess. One type of driver in particular pisses off the most in traffic.

Because even though a whopping 68 percent of the drivers in the survey admit that they sometimes speed too fast, it is also the kind of drivers who annoy the most in traffic.

In fact, a majority of 55 percent say that aggressive traffic such as honking, 'inappropriate' gesturing and other aggressive behavior is the biggest source of frustration on the roads.

This is followed by behavior that is distracting in other ways. People eating, putting on make-up or using mobile phones hand-held behind the wheel.

This is what kvdbil writes in a press release .

– The behavior that we find most annoying in traffic is extremely common.

– In fact, it is so common that we can conclude that some people sometimes fall for the same bad behavior that bothers them.

– And then it's difficult to demand something from others when you don't live up to it yourself, says Daniel Odsberg, sales manager at Kvdbil.

Interestingly, we have to go quite far down the list to find missing signs. Because even though 'forgetting' to turn on the blinker results in a fine of 1,000 kroner in our country, only 38 percent of drivers find the lack of turn signals annoying.

In all cases of misconduct, men are overrepresented. The biggest difference is seen when it comes to the use of flashing lights. Here, 21 percent of the men answered that they occasionally ignore the turn signal stalk. Just 14 percent of women want to do the same.
