House with attached race tracks is looking for a new owner

Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and then one – yes, actually several – race tracks in the backyard. This is what is currently for sale in the town of Barton, New York.

If you've always dreamed of living directly next to your own race track, now is probably the time to act. Skyview Raceway Park has been put up for sale.

All the glory is located in the town of Barton in the state of New York. And although the entire facility was most recently rebuilt 10 years ago, judging from the pictures, the place requires a proper overhaul.

In return, a 246 square meter house is included in the deal. The place is i.a. used in two bathrooms and three bedrooms.

That is what the broker LoopNet writes in the sales listing.

Having said that, everything outside the house is immediately more interesting. Because the Skyview facility is not just one but several racetracks in one. There is both an oval track and a drag track that is actually approved and certified by the international World Drag Racing Association.

The price? 3.5 million. So in dollars. This corresponds to 23.8 million Danish kroner. And it's actually cheap. At least when you look at Boosted's housing category, yes, we actually have one like that, through.

For example, you don't get much for just 24 million kroner on Strandvejen in Vedbæk. On the other hand, an underground garage comes with it for triple the price. Read more about it here .
