EU countries cannot agree on penalties for Chinese cars

But in the EU Parliament there is a divided mood. Twelve member states voted for a punitive tariff on the Chinese cars, while four countries voted against. 11 countries abstained entirely. Including Finland, Sweden and Germany.

Reuters writes that.
