Toyota all out – Haas signs new contract

Last week it emerged that Toyota and Haas were negotiating a sponsorship that could be the Japanese's way back into Formula 1. But now the agreement with Ferrari has been extended.

Despite rumors of talks with Toyota, Haas has chosen a side in Formula 1. The field's only American team extends the technical agreement with Ferrari.

The collaboration means that up to and including the 2028 season, Haas will buy as much as possible of the cars built by the team from Maranello.

This is stated by Haas in a press release .

Thus, Toyota will have to go to another team if they want to return to the sport they left after a series of very disappointing years in 2009. Updated…
