The German Formula 1 legend Michael Schumacher has been tried to extort millions of kroner, say German police. Two men have been arrested in the case.

Now German police say that two men have been arrested in a case where the Formula 1 legend has been tried to extort several million kroner.

– We are investigating an extortion case against a celebrity and have issued an arrest warrant in this case.

– We cannot provide further information at this time, says the police briefly.
According to Bild's information, the 7-time world champion is constantly under the supervision of a team of 15 doctors, following a skiing accident in France in December 2013.
Michael Schumacher is said to have briefly driven around in a Mercedes in an attempt to make him remember the time of the accident.
Since then, the public has been told very little about the star's condition. That it probably doesn't look good is evidenced by the family's statements in the Netflix documentary "Schumacher" from 2021.
Schumacher's wife, Corinna Schumacher, very tellingly says in the documentary that her husband 'is here'. But that at the same time it is in a very different way.
