Audi e-tron GT: 3 new models on the way

Audi has unveiled three new variants of its electric sports car, the Audi e-tron GT, which now includes the models Audi S e-tron GT, Audi RS e-tron GT and Audi RS e-tron GT performance.

The new models represent an advance in performance, charging and range, writes Audi – and continues:

Since its debut in 2021, the Audi e-tron GT has stood as a sporty top model in Audi's range. The new versions combine advanced technology with improved performance and an elegant design.

A notable upgrade is the new active suspension that balances comfort and dynamics. The undercarriage system keeps the car's body almost horizontal during acceleration, braking and cornering, improving both control and precision.

The new variants have a progressive design with changes around the singleframe grille, air intakes and diffuser. The Audi RS e-tron GT performance stands out with a matte carbon fiber roof and Carbon Camouflage elements that are exclusive to this model.

Audi offers nine different paint colors for the e-tron GT family, including the exclusive Bedfordgron for the RS e-tron GT performance. The rims have also been updated with new 20” and 21” designs, including forged and milled variants inspired by the historic AVUS rims.

Inside, there is a focus on sporty elements and sustainable materials. The cabin uses recycled materials such as Dinamica microfiber and Kaskade fabric, which consists of recycled polyester and production waste.

The technologically advanced panoramic glass roof, which can switch between transparent and opaque at the touch of a button, is also a new addition. This function is controlled via PDLC technology, which is regulated through the MMI display.

The driveline in the new e-tron GT models has been significantly improved. The Audi S e-tron GT and RS e-tron GT are equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PSM) on the front axle, while the RS e-tron GT performance has an optimized pulse converter for increased performance. This results in powerful acceleration, with the RS e-tron GT performance accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.5 seconds.

The battery has become lighter and has higher energy density, which gives a range of up to 605 km. With a maximum charging power of 320 kW, the battery can be charged from 10 to 80% in just 18 minutes under ideal conditions, enabling 280 km of additional range in just 10 minutes.

The new Audi e-tron GT family will be available in Denmark in the autumn. For more information on prices and specifications, visit Audi Denmark .
