If anyone is easy to predict, it's car owners. At least when it comes to color choices. It should be gray in gray – maybe white.
Black, gray or white.
This is how 80 percent of car owners choose today. At least when it comes to the color of factory new cars.
This is shown by a new investigation by iSeeCars .
And not only that. The proportion of grey, black and white cars has grown by 20 per cent over the past twenty years. In other words, all other colors have been forced even more into the background.

However, it is not the fault of the car manufacturers. Because the same survey states that car manufacturers offer as many colors now as they did in 2004. Motorists just don't want them.
– Colorful cars seem to be an endangered species.
– Despite a diverse color palette offered by car manufacturers, far fewer non-grayscale cars are sold today.
– The non-grey cars have lost half of their market share over the past 20 years, and they may become even rarer in another 20 years.
The most popular color for cars today is white. This is perhaps not so surprising. It is, on the other hand, that gray is now almost as popular a color as black.
