Frenzy? Tesla drastically lowers the prices of the Model 3 and Y

The price war continues, and Tesla is now further lowering the prices of the popular Model 3 and Model Y.

Tesla writes this morning in a press release: In order to accelerate the transition to sustainable energy, Tesla has made an effort to make their cars more accessible.

As part of this strategy, the Tesla Model 3 can now be bought for DKK 299,990, while the Model Y is priced at DKK 329,990. This is made possible by passing on efficiency gains directly to customers.

Tesla has built up a significant customer base in Denmark, and in April car number 65,000 was delivered. This shows the trust that Danish consumers have in Tesla when it comes to choosing an electric car. They choose Tesla not only for the joy of singing, but also for the durability and reliability as well as the high efficiency.

The increasing popularity of Tesla in Denmark is largely due to the company's focus on making their cars economically accessible. Through competitive prices and access to charging infrastructure, Tesla has made it easier for more customers to choose an electric car.

Model Y is produced at Tesla's Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg, which is Tesla's first production facility in Europe and the most advanced and sustainable factory to date.

The factory is only approximately 550 km from Denmark, which contributes to shorter delivery times for the Model Y versions. Estimated delivery time for Model Y Rear Wheel Drive, Model Y Long Range RWD/AWD and Model Y Performance AWD is 2 to 3 weeks. Model 3 RWD and Long Range AWD have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 6 weeks.
