Well-known comedian refuses to have a 142 km/h card – doom anyway

The well-known Swedish comedian Måns Möller has to do without his choir card again, even though he refuses to have a 142 km/h card on a motorway.

The Swedish comedian Måns Möller has to do without his choir card again. Even though he refuses to go too fast on a stretch of motorway north of Arlanda in Sweden.

In mid-February, Måns Möller was caught red-handed by the police. But he refuses to be short of the 142 km/h in a 110 zone, which he is otherwise measured for.

The comedian also refused to appear in court, nor did he want to make a statement to the police. Other than on the spot where he immediately denied what he was accused of.

This is what Upsala Nya Tidning writes.

According to the district court, however, there could not have been anyone other than the comedian who was driving the car that the police measured to be going 142 km/h.

Despite the denial, a judge has chosen to take the choir card from the comedian. And it's not the first time. In 2011, he also had to give up his foreret after having cards far too strong.

This time, however, the comedian will not be without the choir card for very long. In fact, he's already got it again. In addition to the fine of 3,500 Swedish kroner, the district court let Möller off with a disqualification for two months.

Motorists denying what they are charged with is nothing new, however. Conversely, it can also happen that the police refuse to press charges together, even if there is no substance to it. Something like this has happened to Thomas Wiegold, for example. Read more about it here .
