Huge survey: This car brand has the most satisfied customers

For the thirteenth year in a row, the same car brand takes first place when it comes to customer satisfaction.

The AutoIndex results for this year have just been published, and for the thirteenth year in a row, BMW has secured first place.

BMW achieved an impressive 915 index points out of a possible 1,000 and they also secured the Loyalty Award, which means they have the most loyal customers in the automotive industry.

Director Jan Askholm at BMW Denmark comments: "Standing on top of the podium for the thirteenth year in a row is not only an honour, but also a clear proof of our team's hard work and dedication".

He continues: “I am super proud and very grateful for the trust our customers place in us – and the enormous effort that is made every day in the authorized BMW shops and workshops to provide the best possible customer experience. We are extremely aware that it requires daily hard work to maintain first place and we will do everything we can to continue to earn our customers' trust".

In the customer satisfaction survey, Toyota took second place with 913 index points, while Mercedes-Benz came in third with 900 index points.

About AutoIndex The AutoIndex survey, carried out by the Loyalty Group consultancy, consists of responses from 22,000 car owners, who in the first months of the year answered more than 120 questions about their car, dealer and workshop.

The results were converted to a scale of 1 to 7, which was then converted to an index point up to 1,000. The data comes from cars that are up to four years old, and the survey takes into account four areas: evaluation of the car (40 percent), as well as evaluation of dealer, workshop and loyalty to the car brand (each 20 percent). AutoIndex is implemented in three Scandinavian countries.

With its first place, BMW has once again proven that their focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty yields results. They continue to impress customers and experts alike with their dedication to quality and service.
