Henrik Fisker's house is now worth more than his car brand

The Danish car designer is selling his home in Hollywood for 35 million dollars, much more than his entire car brand – Fisker Inc. – is worth.

There are indications that the car brand Fisker Inc. is on his way downstairs and home, while Henrik Fisker is on his way away from home.

In any case, he and his wife have put the villa they bought together in the Hollywood Hills three years ago up for sale again.

The Fisker couple want the house for 35 million dollars, equivalent to 244 million kroner. By comparison, their car brand, Fisker Inc., is only worth $27 million.

After being kicked out of the New York Stock Exchange, Fisker shares have curiously risen slightly. A share can now be had for 0.56 dollars, but overall this corresponds to a value of 188 million Danish kroner.

That is, on paper. Several analysts believe that Fisker Inc. is really worth nothing, which is also reflected in the brand's only car so far – Fisker Ocean.

A car that loses hideously large sums in value, even if it is brand new. Fisker Inc. in Denmark is even ready to take most of the loss itself.

Motorists who have already bought a Fisker Ocean must also suffer severe losses in value. This applies, among other things, to an electrician from North Jutland. Still, he claims he has no regrets about the purchase.

In fairness, it must be said that Fisker Inc. is not the only car brand struggling these days to even keep the business going. The same is happening right now with a mysterious brand that for a short period last year was worth more than both Volkswagen and Ford.Read more about it here .

Back to Henrik Fisker's house in Hollywood. Unless he and the wife brought it down in price, they bought the house for $21.7 million in 2021. They think it's gone up quite a bit in value. Why doesn't history report anything about it.
