VIDEO: Car dealer smashes customer's brand new Ford

A car dealer in South Africa succeeded in smashing a brand new Ford Ranger Raptor because the customer got the car delivered at all.

The story does not say whether a South African Ford salesman still has a job. But at least he managed to smash a brand new Ford Ranger Raptor.

A car that was even both ordered and paid for by a waiting customer. That's what Car Magazine writes.

Because some could be handed over to the car's rightful owner, the car salesman and a number of other people decided to take a trip in the car. And it went way too fast. Possibly also with a blood alcohol level on the car salesman.

Anyway, at some point he loses control of the brand new car, which flips over on its side. According to pictures that Car Magazine brings, the subsequent damage to the car is extremely extensive.

If otherwise the brand new car is even worth saving at this time. How Ford resolves the matter with the customer is unknown.

But the car's owner allegedly only became aware that the new car had been smashed when he called the dealer to inform them that the car would be collected. Only then, and not by themselves, did the Ford people choose to crawl to the cross and tell about the situation.

When there is even video evidence to look for, the dealer should not count on the insurance company being interested in tampering with the car. In any case, a replacement can have very long prospects.

And then the dealer has to pay for it himself. A Ranger Raptor, which is actually also part of the Danish importer's model range, is not a cheap car. Not even in South Africa.

Here, the car, whose 3-liter V6 engine delivers 292 horsepower and 600 Nm, costs 950,000 rand. In Danish currency, this corresponds to DKK 353,000.
