The police crack down on over 300 motorists on the same road

Both Friday and Sunday last week, it went much too fast for several hundred motorists on the Vestmotorvejen at Korsor. Unfortunately for them, the police were ready with measuring equipment.

Both Friday and Sunday last week, the police were present with speed control on the Vestmotorvejen at Korsor.

This is stated by the South Zealand and Lolland-Falster Police in the dog report .

The vast majority of short, however, completely within the framework of the Road Traffic Act. Only Friday between 05.45 and 11.30 saw 5,552 motorists past the set-up photo van.

Of those, 129 shorted so hard it triggered the flash and a stall. The fastest driver clocked 144 km/h past the photo car, which was in a 110 zone.

This results in a fine of DKK 2,400. Just two days later, however, it was crazy again, when the police once again escorted the photo van out to the motorway.

Here as many as 5,900 motorists passed by between 13.29 and 19.15. The raffled stalls for 195 drivers in a 90 zone. The fastest was someone who passed the photo van at 136 km/h. A further 8 drivers can look forward to cuts in the choir card.

In a completely different part of the country, an accordion collision this week may have meant that several motorists are about to lose their license. At least the police are considering it. Read more about that case here .
