Servicing an Aston Martin Valkyrie costs more than your house

As if the car in itself is not expensive enough, the service contract, which must be signed separately, also lobs up there on an Aston Martin Valkyrie.

The car can be traced back to when Red Bull and Aston Martin were good friends. However, it was only in 2021 that Valkyrie began to get asphalt under the wheels.

150 copies will be made with number plates on them. And every car is absurdly expensive. An Aston Martin Valkyrie costs from – and hold on – 3 million British pounds. This corresponds to 26 million Danish kroner.

And the Danish registration fee has not been paid yet. It's not the service agreement on the car either. It is 'extra equipment'.

This is written by the financial media Bloomberg .

If you want to keep the factory warranty on the car, a service contract worth 354,000 British pounds, equivalent to 3 million Danish kroner, must be signed. The agreement applies to service for four years.

However, there is also a 'slightly' cheaper option. And we emphasize a little. To service what is practically a modern Formula 1 car with a V12 engine, almost 1,200 horsepower and number plates does not come cheap. And it never will be.

A three-year service agreement costs 'only' 268,000 pounds. Just about DKK 2.5 million. Thus, it is actually cheaper to get Bugatti to service both the Veyron and the Chiron. That is, each separately. Read more about it here elsewhere.

According to Bloomberg, the Valkyrie is, on the whole, really good business for Aston Martin. The British car brand earns as much from one copy of the V12 beast as from 21 Vantage models.
