Revealing sad news – Michael Schumacher has lost

The public knows very little about Michael Schumacher's condition following a skiing accident in France almost 12 years ago. Now there is sad news.

After a serious skiing accident in 2013, Michael Schumacher lost a crucial ability.

According to Formula 1 journalist Felix Görner, Schumacher has lost the ability to express himself verbally.

Since the accident in December 2013, Michael Schumacher's health has been a subject of scant information, and he has not appeared in public.

Now, however, new details have emerged via Felix Görner, a journalist who has covered Formula 1 for the German television station RTL.

Görner is believed to have close contacts with the Schumacher family. According to the Daily Mail, Görner also has new information about Schumacher's condition, which has otherwise been kept secret from the public.

Schumacher can no longer communicate, says journalist

– The situation is very sad. Schumacher can no longer communicate verbally.

The seven-time world champion is receiving care at his home on Lake Geneva, cared for by doctors and his wife, Corinna.

Michael Schumacher is now 56 years old. His need for help is extensive, as Görner explains.

– He needs constant care and is completely dependent on the people around him. At the moment, there are no more than 20 people who can contact Michael.

The last official update on Michael Schumacher's condition came in 2023. It was reported that he had been out driving in a Mercedes-AMG.

The purpose was allegedly to stimulate the brain areas he previously used during Formula 1 racing.

Rumors have also circulated that he attended his daughter Gina's wedding last summer, but this was later dismissed as "fake news" by Schumacher's close friend, former Formula One driver Johnny Herbert.

The general condition of Michael Schumacher thus remains a private matter for the family, although a little has leaked out.

One of the few times the family themselves spoke about Schumacher's condition after the accident was in connection with the Netflix documentary "Schumacher" from 2021.

– Michael is here. Different, but he is here. And this is where we find our strength, says his wife since 1995, Corina Schumacher.
