Now the BMW M2 has 560 horsepower

It might not win any design awards. But now the little baby M has far more horsepower than both the M3 and M4.

It has been over a year since Manhart first told about it. But now the wild BMW M2 is actually here. Or MH2 560 as they call it.

And it makes good sense, because the 3-liter straight six with its twin turbos now produces 560 horsepower and 650 newton meters. By comparison, the regular M2 makes do with 460 horsepower.

However, there is room for more. Much more actually. Because in the previous M2, Manhart managed to find a whopping 715 horsepower.

On the visual side, Manhart has spoiled the BMW with a heck of a lot of carbon fiber and 20" wheels. However, they can grow to 21" with an extra notch on the options list.

The price? Yes, because we are talking about interior upgrades or body updates, it all adds up to 20,000 euros, equivalent to 150,000 kroner. In Denmark, a BMW M2 normally costs from DKK 745,000 without tax.

In any case, it's not a cheap game. Nor will it be the case for an 18-year-old boy from Ringkobing, who had to hand over his BMW to the police on Thursday. Read more about it here .
