The new MG ZS Hybrid+ offers advanced technology and efficiency in three equipment variants. With reasonable Danish prices.
With the launch of the MG ZS Hybrid+, MG Denmark is aiming to capture car buyers who are not yet ready for pure electric operation. Hybrid cars still occupy an important place in the market, especially in the B-SUV segment, where MG has established itself with competitive models.
The new hybrid model marks another step in the brand's strategy of combining modern technology with affordable prices.
Prices start at DKK 249,999 for the standard model, while the Comfort and Luxury variants cost DKK 269,999 and DKK 284,999 respectively.
All models come with a seven-year or 150,000 kilometer warranty, making it an interesting choice for those who want long-term durability and peace of mind.
The MG ZS Hybrid+ platform builds on the experience gained from the brand's popular MG3 Hybrid+. The model combines a 1.5-liter petrol engine with an electric motor, resulting in a total output of 194 hp.
This configuration ensures a smooth driving experience and acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.7 seconds. With fuel economy of 20 km/l and CO2 emissions of 113 g/km, the model appeals to those looking to save on their fuel budget without compromising on performance.
The interior has been modernized and offers a wealth of features. A 10.25” infotainment screen with navigation and live services is standard, as is a 7” digital instrumentation. Comfort is further enhanced with features such as Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and parking sensors with camera.
All models also have full LED lighting and automatic daytime running lights.
Safety is one of the great strengths of the MG ZS Hybrid+. The comprehensive MG Pilot package includes technologies such as adaptive cruise control, active emergency braking, blind spot assist and collision warning.
This makes the model a strong competitor in the segment and ensures that the driver can feel safe on the roads.
Despite increasing focus on electric cars , figures from the Danish Car Importers show that hybrid cars are still relevant for many Danish car buyers.
Of the 44,259 cars sold in the B and B-SUV segment in 2024, less than a fifth were rechargeable. This confirms the need for alternatives like the MG ZS Hybrid+ that facilitate the transition to more sustainable car choices.
The new model is now available to order from MG dealers nationwide. With competitive pricing, a solid warranty and plenty of equipment, the MG ZS Hybrid+ offers a strong alternative for both new and experienced hybrid buyers.
