Mysterious Danish car company bankrupt with millions in debt

Another company has already been set up at the same address. According to the trustee of the bankruptcy estate, there is a 'coincidence of persons' between the new and old company.

WK Automobiler ApS, which deals with leasing and car sales, has gone bankrupt. This is written by the newspaper Nordjuyske .

Now, a bankruptcy in the car industry in this country is not unusual. And yet. Because according to the trustee of the bankruptcy estate, from whom the media has obtained a statement, there are millions of kroner in debt left.

Among other things. to Tax. It is then also the tax authorities who have filed for bankruptcy due to 105,000 unpaid tax kroner. From 15 creditors there is a provisional claim of DKK 15 million.

This, even though the company did not manage to hand in any annual accounts, because some were changed. However, there is still activity at the company's now former address in an industrial quarter in Klarup.
