Anders received a speeding fine of DKK 1.5 million. kroner – "I'm not complaining"

The Swedish-Finnish rich man Anders Wiklöf is several times short of speed traps in Finland. It cost him 1.5 million kroner at the latest. Still, he doesn't complain.

The Swedish-Finnish rich man Anders Wiklöf is apparently not the type to complain. Not even if he has had to pay millions of kroner in speeding tickets.

The rich man has several times been given speed bumps according to the 'Finnish model', where the speed limit depends on the annual income. It most recently cost Anders Wiklöf one and a half million Swedish kroner, equivalent to 970,000 Danish kroner.

Nevertheless, he is now interfering in the debate that Swedish police have started. The authorities want income-based stalls to be introduced in the country.

Actually, I don't mind that I got a stall. But there should be a ceiling.

– And if the same system is to be introduced in Sweden, I think it is a good idea. If you have many companies and do good business here in Finland, the stalls can be incredibly high, he says in an interview to Carup .

However, the stories about the enormously high speeding tickets have also made the financier a bit of a celebrity. He tells the media that he has been asked for an autograph in London.

– It turned out that they read about me in the newspaper as the world record holder in speed booths, says Wiklöf.

Anders Wiklöf has probably received several very high speeding tickets. But he is not the individual who has paid the most in speeding tickets to the treasury. Boosted has previously made a list of some of the world's highest speed bumps. You can find it here .

However, none of the drivers had their cars taken from them. It is only one rule that exists in Denmark. Still, the politicians in Christiansborg are now considering whether the rules against crazy traffic should be tightened once again.
