The situation in Denmark is the same as in England. Jaguar will not sell any new cars for 2026, confirms press manager.
Boosted has previously said that Jaguar will only sell electric cars for a million kroner or more. And now the Danish importer confirms that no new cars will come to Denmark for 2026.
Production of the current models, the I-Pace and E-Pace ends in December. While the F-Type, XE and XF have already been discontinued. Production of the F-Pace is expected to end in early 2025.
On the other hand, unlike many competitors, Jaguar will bet everything on electric cars. And according to a statement that Boosted has previously brought, these must not cost less than DKK 1 million.
However, the new and exclusively electric cars from the former British brand are significantly delayed. According to British Autocars information, Jaguar will not be able to send new cars on the street until the summer of 2026.
The first of three new electric cars is still undergoing testing, and it will not go on sale for the summer of 2026, says Jaguar's managing director, Adrian Mardell to the media.

Until then, the F-Pace will be the only model keeping Jaguar alive. The F-Pace is expected to remain available in certain markets until early 2026. However, it has already been discontinued in Jaguar's home market of the UK. The same has happened here at home.
Jaguar plans to present at least one new concept – to show the direction the brand is going – in early December.
Even now, however, a bit has been leaked about the car. There are many indications that Jaguar has a four-door sedan in the pipeline. A car with so much horsepower that, at least on paper, it will compete with the Porsche Taycan.
The car will use Jaguar's new platform called 'Electrified'. A platform designed to underpin a range of new electric cars, including two SUVs that will follow the sedan.
It is yet to be seen when these SUVs will be launched. But with Jaguar's announcements in mind, it won't be a cheap treat. The brand itself believes that in the new era it will only be possible to measure itself against brands such as Bentley and Rolls-Royce.
